Fantastic Hotel Experience
flaky croissants perfect location helpful staff
The breakfast offered flaky croissants. The location was close to Charles Bridge. Staff was always pleasant. Staff was always helpful.
Soundproofing was not good. I heard corridor noises. This disturbed me.

amazing stay!
amazing location helpful staff great breakfast
The location blew my mind. It was super close to the charles bridge (i mean, steps away!). the staff were really good. I really appreciated their help and kindness. i found the breakfast great, with a big selection. It totally set me up for the day.
The one little thing was the street noise at night. I wish the windows were a bit more soundproofed.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including hot and cold dishes. fresh fruit and pastries were available daily, alongside a selection of juices and coffee. i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff in the breakfast area.

broken elevator unanswered calls
The elevator was out of service. It was inconvenient. I stayed on the third floor. Carrying luggage up those stairs was such a joy, believe me. Reaching reception by phone proved challenging too. No one answered my calls! Perhaps they were too busy polishing the silverware. I had to lug my bags down myself upon departure. It was a stellar experience.

I loved the breakfast selection, with fresh fruits and vegetables! The location was very central! The staff was super helpful and attentive. I especially appreciated the large, cozy room with its wooden beams!
